Who makes the products you sell?
We do. Petracraft Stone, LLC is the manufacturer. We have been manufacturing stone veneer products since 2007. All our raw materials meet ASTM specifications to ensure a quality product.
How long will it take to get my order?
That depends on many factors such as what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and how many orders we have pending to complete. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Generally, we are booked for several weeks before we can START on new orders. If you are in a hurry or expect that we will make an exception for you and push out other orders to complete yours, please shop elsewhere.
What is your stone veneer made of?
Our stone veneer is a concrete product that consists of Portland cement, sand, coloring, and lightweight aggregate. All our raw materials meet ASTM specifications to ensure a quality product.
How do I install your stone?
Please read out INSTRUCTIONS linked at the bottom of this page. If you have specific questions relating to the installation procedures and requirements, we will be happy to clarify those to the best of our ability.
Do you deliver?
Generally, no, we do not deliver. However, we do have the ability to deliver for a fee. The delivery site must be a hard surface, level, and dry with ample room to manipulate a truck and trailer.
Will my order fit in my truck or on my trailer?
This depends on your truck, trailer, and the size of your order. Orders are palletized on 40″x48″ pallets and weigh between 1,000 and 2,000 pounds each. We can load into truck beds or onto trailers with our forklift.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Cash or Check. Orders must be paid in full when placed. We will hold checks until the order is complete and then deposit before the order is picked up. We do accept credit and debit cards, but there is a 4% fee added to the total to cover merchant account fees. We DO NOT accept card payments over the phone.
Why does it take so long to make my order?
Our product is manufactured from specially molded and colored concrete. The manufacturing process is time consuming. Concrete must cure until it is strong enough to be handled. This is time, temperature, and humidity level dependent. These are variable factors over which we have little control. Simply put, it takes time to make it correctly so that it will last a lifetime.
What do you have in stock?
Nothing! We make everything to order. We may have the odd box from an overrun or some standard trim, but we do not build and stock large quantities of stone.
Why do I need an Appointment? Why don’t you keep regular hours?
We are a small, family-owned company. We manufacturer with concrete and cannot simply stop to help you. For this reason, we schedule appointments so that we can appropriate time to assist you.
